Introduction to Sound Healing Workshop
Infinite Energy is excited to announce our new half-day workshop series for those wanting to learn to use tuning forks to apply sound, frequency and vibration for health and wellness!
No Experience Necessary - just come and have fun with like-minded folks.
By the end of this sound healing workshop, you will be able to:
1. Understand how sound and vibration are used in the Infinite Energy Method® to support balance in the body, nervous system, and biofield.
2. Confidently use weighted and unweighted tuning forks for self-care, including grounding, chakra balancing, pain therapy and energetic hygiene.
3. Identify the seven main chakras and recognize how physical tension, emotional patterns, and energy flow relate to each center.
4. Learn how to assess polarity and energetic imbalance using simple tools such as a pendulum and body awareness.
5. Apply a practical pain and polarity protocol using weighted tuning forks to support relief from physical discomfort and tension.
6. Develop a safe, gentle self-practice that supports ongoing regulation, relaxation, and energetic balance.
