This fork is used with the Divine Base to create a high gamma brainwave spread binaural beat when placing the tuning forks over the ears.  
Can be used alone or paired with the Divine Base to work on the body, providing three frequencies to the body:  Divine Base, High Gamma, and the frequency created by the spread of the two, known as 'the beat'.
