The Adrenal Reset is for those who have experienced stress and/or trauma, are coping with a recent stress or shock, or may be dealing with extreme fatigue. This session is designed to tune your adrenal glands, bring coherence to this part of your energetic system, and work to renew vitality. Three sessions, as a minimum, are recommended in order to experience results. Traditional Chinese Medicine specifies that the Kidney Meridian is where the emotions of fear, trauma, and shock are held. The adrenals are the related part of the endocrine system, sitting atop the kidneys, which can go into overdrive during times of stress or anxiety. When someone has spent a long time in anxiety, flight/fight/flight/freeze, or high stress, the adrenals can become fatigued, causing physical exhaustion. The Adrenal Reset helps to re-pattern the energies of incoherence, in order to retrain the adrenals and restore function. Overwrought or burnt-out adrenals can also affect your digestion. Food intolerance, such as reactions to dairy and gluten are common with adrenal fatigue. In addition, as adrenals play an important role in the HPA Axis (hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal axis), thyroid imbalances can also be present. If you have thyroid issues, working with the adrenals is imperative. An Adrenal Reset can cause tiredness.
