Service Description

The initial intake health assessment is designed for individuals with complex medical histories or those seeking a personalized and well-defined treatment plan. This consultation takes place by phone or secure video conference, allowing time to thoroughly discuss your health history, current concerns, and treatment goals before scheduling an in-person session. You will receive a detailed intake questionnaire to complete in advance. Once returned, the form is carefully reviewed alongside relevant research to ensure your unique needs are fully understood. Approximately two hours are dedicated to evaluating your medical history and developing an integrative, energy-based treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
